  Multibridge pro not appearing in multibridge utility

  Hi,

  I have a multibridge pro 2 that works great as an i/o device in older software but since I’m on the latest version of AVID, I’ve fitted an intensity 4K card in my desktop mac (and a mini monitor on the laptop) and was hoping to use the multibridge as a convertor to give me lots of inputs and outputs. Thing is… it doesn’t show up in multibridge utility.

  I’ve tried several USB cables. And several macs to hook it up to. I’ve even downloaded the earliest available installer from BMDs website – 9.7.4. When I do a system report I can see it on the USB bus so it looks like the USB connection is working. COuld it be a firmware issue? Honestly I can’t remember ever updating it and this is the first time I’ve ever hooked it up to USB – it’s always been on the PCIe connection.

  It would be great to get some more like out of it.
