  multibridge extreme setup

  hi folks,,,

  i recieved a bmd multibridge extreme (i gues its legacy yet)
  but i cant get it working… unfortunatly i didnt get the pci-express cable… but it seems like it is an duallink dvi so i bought one but nothig happens wenn i connect it to the host card…i bouhgt a dvi-D duallink may i shopuld use an dvi-i ??

  and whats the way to setup… first install drivers (V 9) than connecet or the other way … ???
  when i connect it through usb its fine … it woulod be recognized by the multibrige utility

  some advice of you experienced user would be great
