    Hi.

Is it possible to capture HD signal using Avid DNxHD Codec via Multibridge Extreme ?

Sometimes I need only full resolution of the image and I don`t want to capture to uncompressed video ( lots of GBs ),

    Or maybe I can use other ( not Avid`s ) codec ?

    Thanks.

no – but you can use DVCProHD, which looks FANTASTIC, and is compatible with all FCP based products. You are NOT going to be able to cross convert media between any AVID product and any FCP hardware product.

    ok but DVCProHD resolution is 1440 x 1080 not 1920 x 1080 ?

You can use photo jpeg what is full raster, aslo you could try sheer codec but it is about 2-4 larger than avid dnxhd but the quality is uncompressed @ about 1/2 bitrate of uncompressed
