I just got my updated multibridge and have figured everything out except the audio input while capturing. I’m capturing from a UVW-1800 and am getting picture into FCP in and out onto my NSTC monitor. I am also getting audio IN because I can see my levels moving in FCP, but cannot hear anything which means the audio OUT isn’t working while in capture mode. It’s got to be a setting somewhere in the multibridge utility, but I think I have tried swithcing every button to every setting available.

    Here’s my setup:
Analogue Aduio Embedder: SDI Out Ch 1&2 (this is how i’m getting audio into FCP)
Analog Audio De-Embedder: SDI In Ch1&2 (There’s no analogue option here)

I’m only using channels 1&2 right now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Jeremy Evans

Did you try enabling Speaker “ON” in the Audio’s Advanced menu under Preferences in Decklink Control? Do you have signal in the VU meter in this same menu? Appologies if this differs from the PC.

This is a bit different on Macs. If you’re using Final Cut Pro, check your capture presets editor and click on the Advance button in the audio section. Make sure that your speakers are turned on while recording.
