    Hi There

    2 problems with audio:

I’m trying to output a show 720P 24 in a 59.94 timeline, downconverting to SD through the Multibridge Extreme. I’ve had a few dropped frame issues and when I try to do a pickup edit, the audio disappears for the first few seconds, then starts up. The strange thing is the audio is in sync when it does kick in. I’ve tried both analog and SDI and the problem is still there. All the audio is mixed down and everything in the show is rendered.

So I exported the whole show (88 min) to a standalone quicktime, laid that to tape and discovered that the audio drifted out of sync by the end of the show (maybe 10 to 15 frames)

    Any thoughts?

    I’m running FCP 5.1.4 on a G5 dual 2.3, 2GB of ram, Multibridge Extreme 6.2.

    Cheers
