  Multi track quicktime in FCP

  Hi

  Is it possible for Final Cut Pro 7 to view a second video track in a quicktime. We are working on a 3d stereo workflow that makes quicktimes of our output in to a quicktime with 2x video tracks, one for left eye and one for right. All our internal tools have been developed around this and work brilliantly. However editorially we need to use FCP but it refuses to identify the 2nd video track contained within the file, if not is there a filter available that does? We might have to end up writing our own filter that allows us to do this and then output in anaglyph or side by side.
