Hi! I’ve recently switched from FCP7 to Premiere and am still baffled by the way Premiere deals with audio much of the time. I am working on a short which at times has 6 channels of recorded audio, mixed stereo and mono. No matter what I do, I can only seem to get 2 of the tracks to play in the timeline. I’ve tried making new sequences with a variety of different audio track settings, etc, but each time I can only monitor two of the tracks during playback. When I open the audio in the viewer, I see waveforms for and can play all six tracks. What is the magical combination of settings to make this work?! Thank you in advance for your help!
