  Multi Session Error

  I am doing a run of copies at a media house. They are saying that the DVD is a multi-secession; the session is not closed. Did this on two DVDs which I sent them. The DVDs play fine on computer and TV. One person had difficulty playing, but I don’t know if this has anything to do with the session not being closed.

  Using Encore CS 3.
