  multi-language DVD – button translation

  Hi there,
  This is an appeal to the international community out there…
  I’m authoring a multi-language DVD in English, French, German, Dutch and Danish.
  All titles etc have been translated professionally but our translators seem to be struggling to find the correct terminology for basic DVD functions. I’d like to get this correct so if anyone out there can help, I’m looking for translations for these terms:
  Introduction
  back to main menu (or just ‘main menu’)
  back to level 1 menu
  language options
  chapters
  play all

  My dutch is alright so I’m fairly confident I’ve got those correct, but if anyone could help out with the French, German and Danish it would be greatly appreciated – I’ve got about 2/3 different options for each and am tempted to just go with the one that fits nicest!
