  Multi format playback in Audio Premiere 5.5

  I am filming a cinema verite style piece in my studio mixing formats from various consumer cameras, including an iPhone 4. The output from the iphone is 720p25. All the formats play smoothly without need for rendering in in Premiere using an AJA Kona sequence setup at 720p60, except the iPhone material, which stutters. It actually plays smoothly in a non-AJA sequence, but with the render indication. I am trying to avoid going to the trouble of re-rendering this material. Any ideas out there for smooth iPhone playback using the AJA?

  Mac Pro 4-core, 12 Gb Ram, MOTU V4HD
