  Multi-Core, Simultaneous Encoding of Multiple Videos

  I’m a recent convert from Compressor and am trying to find out if there is a CS6 AME equivalent to Compressor’s multi-video encoding. I used to be able to encode up to 8 videos simultaneously on a 4-core mac with hyper threading. I’d be pretty disappointed if I had to go back to a sequential, one-at-a-time approach, especially using a top-of-the-line i7.

  I know the “Enable Parallel Encoding” preference, but is that only for a single video being encoded to multiple formats? That’s what I’ve read.
