    Hi everyone..

I am editing video for a church.. we use a
sony ex 3 to record commercials(upcoming events) in front of a green
    screen.

i then take the footage and bring it into AE to use a garbage matte
and take out the green using Keylight..I render out as an alpha using
the animation compressor(the only thing that exports an alpha image).
I prefer Keylight since i can’t get the green screen out well enough using final cut’s keying.

i bring the footage into Final Cut Pro in order to do editing since
its to hard to edit in AE using my Macbook Pro. add background music.. background images and logos. Everything is multi format since i am
getting images, loops off of stock footage sites.

I then export out to WMV file since we use MEDIASHOUT for all our presentations and it runs WMV files easiest without glitches.

    My questions are…
    1) how is my workflow??
    2) what is the best sequence settings to use with the multi format
approach i am using. I am rendering too much and it is going very
    slow?

I am running on the latest MacBook Pro with Final Cut Studio and Adobe
    CS3

    any help would be appreciated.

    Sean
