  Multi-clip issue

  I’ve done successful multi-clips in the past with two different cameras.
  I’ve just transcoded everything to pro-res, and they work fine.

  This time I’m having headaches!
  Here’s what I did:

  Shot with 2 cameras, Canon c300 and Nikon d800.
  The 2nd camera accidentally shot 25p (and the c300 is 23.98p).

  I transcoded everything to pro-res in compressor, and for the nikon footage, I changed the frame rate in the inspector tab to 95.92% (which is 23.98 divided by 25) to match the nikon to match the canon. Then I conformed the footage from 25p to 23.98 in Cinetools.

  Okay…so far everything’s going okay.
  I get both clips into FCP, set the in points on the clapper, and make them a multi-clip.
  Here’s where it falls apart. When I load the multi-clip into the timeline and double click on it, only the 1st camera shows up. The information for the 2nd camera is there, but no image. When I play the 2nd cam image, it looks fine. And, in fact, when I load both camers’s clips individually, and stack them on top of each other on different tracks on the timeline, they are in sync, all the way through the clip.

  Any idea why I can’t get the 2nd cam to show up in the multi-clip window?
  They’re both prores 23.98p at 1080.
