  multi-clip editing: will not play while I select new angles

  I’ve done some research on multi clip editing but each time I get to the part where I hit play and as it plays I change the angle from the viewer it stops playing and no angle change shows up in the TL.

  I have the mulit clip selected in the RT window
  I have open selected in the canvas window
  I have open selected in the viewer window, as well as video only

  but as the video is playing and i hit the new angle change clip in the viewer it stops playing?
  what am I missing?
