  Multi-Cam Function Not Working

  I set up a multi-cam sequence with three files and merged them successfully with audio. Created a timeline, chose the multi-camera view, hit the nest button in the timeline, brought in the nested multi-cam sequence and can successfully edit the different cameras in the single video track. All works well, but when I double click to open the nested track in its un-nested origin sequence. I can’t get to the un-nested sequence, what did I miss and how do I do this?
