  MTS conversion to MOV HD

  I’m on Windows 7 platform and use Power Director 9. I’m able to import, edit MTS files for most formats. When it comes to produce movie and select MOV – HD app crashes. Module in question “QuickTimeH254.qtx”. Why am I trying to export MTS file to MOV – stock agency requires mov (hd) 1920×1080… that’s the only reason.

  I’ve been trying for days and I have the same result – not sure what next step may be. I also tried with Sony Vegas… pretty nmuch same result, once I was able to render but 14 seconds of video resulted on 1.8gb file and quality really was bad.

  Is anybody experiencing same issue when trying to convert MTS to MOV-HD. Is there a way to go around? I have installed the two patches available for PD9.
