  mpeg2 SPTS how to?

  I have a new client who wants my material delivered as an mpeg2 SPTS file (Single Program Transport Stream)
  How do I create that from my m2v file and ac3 file?
  Or is there a way to do it from the source footage before compressing it into two discreet files?
