mpeg2 export
new project on the timeline and am trying to export it as an mpeg 2. keep getting an error message saying ‘movie must be rendered before it can be encoded.’ rt is on safe, quality full. there is no red line showing undrendered files. apple r does nothing as there is no rendering required. the files play back fine. the files are just unedited rushes. can export to mp4 fine, and can export one clip to m2v, but not the other. any ideas? client deadline looms…

Make sure EVERYTHING under Render All is selected, including Full. That’s the one that got me. Then Render All.
