I have been given a series of MPEG1 files that playback fine when just viewing in Quicktime, but when I try to import them into FCP I have no audio because these files have been muxed together. Are there any solutions out there that will allow me to convert these files into a useful format that I can import into FCP?

    Thanks.

And you can drag streams right off of DVD and it’ll rip those too….
