Mpeg 4 or Mpeg 2 ?
Can Encore use mpeg4 to author a DVD. Or does it have to be mpeg2?

Supported video file formats
You can import any of the following types of video files:
AVI
MPEG-2 (including MPG, MPV, and M2V)
QuickTime (MOV; including Reference Movies) -
In Short, no MPEG-4.
It’s not a DVD compliant file type.
