MPEG 4 encoding bitrate limit issue
First of all, please, sorry about my english.
I have ProRes files that I want to recompress in mpeg 4 codec (mov encapsulated) with 350Kb/s bitrate. When I do it with compressor it just works but if I try it with FCP export or media manager it doesn´t. The result files are 2150Kb/s or something and with the quicktime conversion sometimes work, sometimes not.
I want to use Media Manager to recompress all clips and reconnect automatically but with compressor I have to do it manually.
I don´t know why it ignores the bitrate limit.
The compression is from ProRes 422 HQ 1920×1080 to 320×180 350Kb/s PCM Mono 8bit 32.000Khz because it´s necesary very light files(send to other continent via web for an offline edit).
Sorry one more time about my english and thanks in advance.PD: I have FCP 7
