    Hi,,

    I did a job that is going to be on the air at TV AZTECA in
    MEXICO and they are asking me to upload to an FTP an MPEG-4
    (this will go on the air) anybody have a clue on how to do that?

    I tried compressor but the quality is sh*t anybody know better specs/compression
    soft that will get a enough quality to gon on the air?….

    You could try Cleaner, maybe.

    File -> Export using Quicktime Conversion -> Select MPEG 4 from Format dropdown menu and expect the render to take 5 times as long as the runtime.
