    Im creating a short clip in After Effects..
    and wanted to make out of it the BEST possible Mpeg-2 movie..
    the help files dont talk much about all the settings that can be tweeked..or what do they mean?
    where can i find info about what should i tweek to get the best possible result?

    Go to the DVD COW or the Compression COW and ask for a tool that does 2-pass Variable Bitrate (VBR) MPEG-2 encoding. Or Google “2-pass” + VBR + DVD or the like. I use Apple’s Compressor, but there are other tools.
