I’m having an issue with exporting an MPEG-2 from the latest version of AME, specifically in comparison to how CS6 did it.

I have matched my settings exactly from CS6 to CC and I’m getting MUCH more artifacting on my output on CC than I had on CS6.

I’ve created an animated GIF to show you the difference below:you can mainly see the difference in his face.
The GIF, while lower quality, still shows the considerable difference in quality. Anyone have any idea why this is occurring with the same settings? I’ve tried adjusting the bitrate up and down and it appears to have no effect.
