  mp4 to Avi with divx codec

  hello
  I got a request to output a mp4 file to an avi compressed with divx because it needs to be not larger than 3mb
  I downloaded the divx converter but I only can convert to hvec , mkv and divx. and even if I’m converting it to .divx with size limit set to 3mb it’s actually a little bigger.

  in adobe media encoder I don’t get the codec option for divx only for xvid

  anyone got tips how I achieve to render this thing in avi with divx and only 3mb big ?
