MP4 sluggish in timeline
Ive imported 25 MP4 files from my GoPro into FCP 7.0. and in the viewer the clips run and the correct speed, but as soon as i put them in the timeline and render them, they before sluggish. The audio is at the correct speed, but the video runs slow then it will skip forward. its weird and its never happened to me before.
Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

dont try to edut with mp4 its not an editing format. Transcode your footage to ProRes LT or 442 (not HQ or 4444) before you edit.
You will find things go much smoother then.
