MP4 persisten problems…help
I have mpeg 4 video files and they will not import into CS4 Pro. Very small files as well, max 9mb. I have tried import into AECS4 as well, wont take. I have tried converting it in a couple free software programs, but when i import it, only the audio is imported…
What to do?

Your best bet would be buying a copy of QuickTime pro, or TmpgEnc Express and convert to uncompressed AVI.
