mp4 – no image, just sound
So here is my problem.
I am using Premiere pro cs4 and when I try to import a mp4 file, it only recognizes the sound but I get no Image (same thing in After effects)
I don’t know if this is a common problem but I haven’t found anything about this problem.
So, what to do to solve this? -

Something is wrong on your system about it’s ability to recognize the MP4 codec.
First, let’s see if the file is working (at all). Download the VLC Player. It should see the file.
