I shot footage on my smartphone and it plays fine no the VLC player. But when importing the files into Premiere Pro it doesn’t recognize any audio and imports them as VIDEO ONLY. Anyone have a fix to this?
On another note what’s the best sequence setting for smartphone footage shot 16×9 resolution on with an anamorphic lens?

Use Handbrake to transcode your footage. Make sure it is constant frame rate. I believe there are full “production” presets in Handbrake.

Looks like it works, thanks!

Hey so the audio is breaking up after transcoding through Handbrake. Any other features I can use in Handbrake to fix this?
