  • Moving Shape Layer PATH to better correspond to actual pixels?

Posted by Eric Chard on October 25, 2019 at 12:06 am

I’ve made a Shape layer, and duplicated it several times and moved the dupes down, and now the path is inconveniently far away from the actual pixels involved and off into the work area versus the comp area.

I’d like to move the entire path back up to a convenient region, WITHOUT moving the actual pixels involved.

My thought was that the Pan Behind tool would be the way to go, but that’s not worked out. What is the proper approach, or is my workflow with Pan Behind just incorrect?

    Thanks.
