Moving projects
As part of my computer upgrade, I’m wondering about old legacy premiere pro projects.
Can I move/copy an old premiere pro 4 project on my mbp17 to a new mbp with adobe cc? Most, but not all of my project scratch discs are on an external hard drive. Will premiere cc open them as long as the source material is available?

Yes, however your “fidelity” may vary – i.e. there are innumerable variables that have changed between versions, so you should not expect every project to relink to every element perfectly.

Yea, wont be surprised at that. If 70 to 90 percent crosses over that will get me well into the project.
