moving omfi files from external drive
I’m trying to move omfi files and a bin from an external hard drive to a new avid project on my mac. Do I just drag and drop the omfi folder into my main media hard drive and copy the bin file over to my avid projects folder?

Yes. Mediafiles into the OMFIMediaFile folder, and the project/bins into the Avid Projects folder.
