    Hi cow,

I’m working with the particle emitters from motion a explosion to follow a particular object in the footage.

I have try keyframing the location from the particles properties, anchor or motion path but they do not move at all.

I am Reaching the point of frustration, what I may missing here?

    Big thanks!

Use match move behavior on the the layer the particles are on.

I have the motion tracker working but I get a trail from the particles. How I can get the particles to follow the whole movement with out leaving a trail?

Just to clarify my task is having a explosion coming from an electronic equipment following the movement of the camera.

    Thanks,

First guess would be that the particle life is set too long.

If that doesn’t help, create a circular image mask of the maximum radius you want the particles to have, and use that to key the background plate back over the particle effect using the same motion track.

You need to crank up the Attach to Emitter value to 100% in the Emitter tab.
