I have an image with a bunch of snowflake swirls on it and I want to have a mask travel along a path to make the snowflake swirls look like wisps of wind. I could keyframe it but then I dont get a constant speed.

I know I am going to need a bunch of mask but, how does one make a mask move along a path?

If it is possiable, could you explain in detail how I can acomplish this. Thanks a ton.

Create your masks on a separate layer and then use that layer as a matte on top of the other layer. You can then easily animate everything using standard transforms for position and rotation.

Create the mask, select the mask shape, copy, paste into the position property of the layer with the snowflake.
