Moving large groups II
I tried to post to the other posting but I keep getting server error messages….anyway Terry I tried to drag across the area I want to move and highlight, which worked, but when I clicked on the area to try to move it, the highlight left and nothing moved. I suppose I could copy the first section to a new vegas window, then piece the new material to that, then copy the second hald of the old material and pasted it and then piece it to the new window….but that seems like a long way to go just to insert new material into a projects middle. ???

I don’t have the link handy, but Ed showed me a script that did this perfectly called SelectEventsFromCursor. Perhaps it’s somewhere at the jetdv.com site?

You have to change to the “selection” editing tool. Once done, change back to the “normal” editing tool.

I know that script is floating around somewhere but I don’t have a handy link to it. I don’t think it’s one that I wrote either.
