moving in a still shot
I don’t know if this is something that is done in Vegas, or by the camera or a different program. But I want to take still shots and make it look like the camera is moving across the shot. I see it all the time but don’t know how it is done.
Any suggestions on how to do that?

Just use pan and crop on the square symbol on video events.

It is a fairly basic tool that almost all editing programs have.
