    hi,
i have read alot of things on here but i have a real quick easy question. i ran across a problem where i just altered things to make it work but would like to cover it and know how to do it when i come across it again.

example. fire on someones shoulder following their movements. turning around and trying to put it.. (want it to follow but not leaving trails) when i move the emitter (or various ones) it tends to leave trails. last time i just added ALOT of the same one and keyframed them orderly. fading one out to the other… worked but not too effective… any ideas? thanks

There is a feature called “attached to emitter”. You want to set that for each particle type. Then when you move the emitter it won’t leave trails.

    Check the docs for details.

That feature isn’t in SE, is it, Alan? Only Ver.3?
