    Is there a way to have a script move Effects before and after each other?

    For example, if your Hue/Saturation is before your Levels, and you wanted to move it after.

    Is there an Effects Collection object like there is a Layers Collection object?

    I think you would have to delete it and re-apply it to change the order.
