I know its a Tutorial but i doesn’t work for me

Which part does not work for you… I have just tried it and it works fine.
Make sure that the WHITE outline you draw is saved as a PNG file.
The line is NOT drawn on the actual picture so you have two images on the time line.. One of the face and the other of the white outline.

If you still have a problem then here are 2 veg files.. One was done in V10 which can be opened in higher version or there is also a V16
