Moving Bubble

This is a fairly basic solution but if you have a bubble image you could simply link the position propert of the bubble to the bulge effect’s source point via expressions. You would want to use an expression something like this:

layer = thisComp.layer(“Bubble”).position;
fromComp(layer)
