Moving 3D geometric shapes
Hey everyone, I’m wondering if someone can help me achieve a particular effect. I’m sure there’s a simple solution but I’ve tried all sorts and I can’t seem to figure it out!

I’m sure it’s some sort of expression/pre-comp combination but I’m not sure how to set it up. Any help would be very much appreciated, thank you!

if you dont want to buy anything you could try to make something similar with element 3d..a simple plane with extra geometry using a transparent texture and then add some 3d noise in element 3d…near the bend and twist
