  Movie studio Platinum 10 suddenly now crashes when rendering!

  Dear Friends,
  As of last night the problem of crashing has occurred, this was now the 8th attempt. I searched the Sony help site to no avail.

  I have been using the same settings as always, rendering WMV 6.7 Mbps HD 1080-25p.
  I have a fairly new powerful desktop bought to cope with editing on Vegas and up until last night it worked fine.

  It always seems to crash just after half way. I saw someone recommended rendering on Mp4, I tried that, it worked but the quality was rather poor.

  My films are not long, 10 minutes or so, and generally between 600MB and 1GB.

  Has anyone experienced this and can offer some suggestion, please!
