    Hey,

I’m recording a movie in the video game “GTA San Andreas” with Fraps in 40 fps (60 fps caused in-game lag) but with 40 fps it looked very smooth and stable for my recordings. But as soon as I was working on the project in Sony Vegas Pro 9 the preview playback looked choppy and even after rendering and compressing it I didn’t get the same result in smoothness as I was recording it. I must’ve done something within Sony Vegas or during the rendering that causes the lag.

I uploaded a sample of my movie on Youtube, here’s a short clip: https://youtu.be/0-b824rTZXs

Can you see how it lags a bit? Or in other words, it looks choppy. I have no idea how or why… Help please! 🙂

Could it be due to my slow HDD?
