  Movie glitches when Exporting

  Hi ! this is about Adobe premiere pro 2…

  I’ve had these very strange glitches in my exported movies :
  some movies had the first frame of the first clip stay still for a few seconds, which is far from being the case inside premiere… The other glitch i am experiencing now with my demo reel is, some of the Fade IN and OUT that i have done manually with the opacity control of the clips don’t render properly, in the preview its fine, but once exported as a movie a few areas of the whole movie don’t fade they pop to black and the next clip which is supposed to fade in pops in…. but when i scrub or play inside prmeiere the fading is fine…
  Is file > export > movie.. the proper way to render out a movie from premiere pro?
