  • Movement doesn’t flow when animation is moved from After effects to Final cut

    Hello everyone,

I often put After Effects (13.5.0.347) animations on Final Cut so I can edit it (add pauses and sound effects). But lately the movements in the animations, like when something spins or when we zoom, look a bit laggy, it doesn’t flow as much as the after effects export.

We’ve always done this so I am not sure why this is happening, we haven’t changed any settings. Does anyone have any idea why this would happen?

This is how I’ve been told they are exporting from After Effects (if it matters at all):

    render quality best

    resolution full

    size 1920 by 1080

    25 frames a second

    Quicktime

    Video codec animation quality 100

Let me know if there is any more information needed. I would definitely appreciate any help.

    Thank you!
