I have a 3dtext word that comes on from left and then sits in the center of screen for 20 frames then exits to the right. i set a keyframe at 0 @ 10 i set a keyframe where my logo lands then is suppose to sit for 20 frames so i set a keyframe that exactly like the keyfame i set @ 10 but my logo drifts back and forth between those 2 keyframes why is that and how can i get it to just sit there?

check out the F-Curves. Keyframes by default are strung together with soft splines but the ‘nodes’ (keyframes) can have soft/linear/custom tangents on either side and they don’t need to be the same on both sides. So you want a linear (flat) line between the keyframes where the object is supposed to stay still and the splines coming in and going out can be anything that you think looks right.
