  Move shape path position to 0,0, then shift all points on path back

  So I am importing a bunch of paths from Illustrator, and I want to
  employ the Trace Path script to attach a nulls to the paths. However,
  all the paths are coming in with unique path positions, and the Trace
  Path expression assumes each path is at 0,0 (This is for the path
  transform, not the layer transform). I am looking for a script that will
  shift a shape path to 0,0 and then alter the path itself so that all
  the points are back at their original location.
