I exported one project that I did on Avid Express Pro 5 HD to a Quick Time file, and the file plays great on the Quick Time Player, but when I import that .mov to any other NLE (FCP or Adobe Premiere Pro) the image appears with serious problems, very slow and with a bad quality. I did many mov files with many different codecs (Sorenson, MPG4, Sorenson 3, DV Pal) but happens the same.
    Does anyone can help me?
    Thanks

You need to use an “uncompressed” codec. It would be great if you had the codec that you will be using natively in the new NLE to export to, but in a pinch you can always use QuickTime’s
“Animation” codec with the settings all the way up. Be sure to select the correct frame rate, quality level, etc. in the QuickTime export controls.
