Activity Forums Compression Techniques MOV to MXF

    I have a strange scenario:

I’ve just switched over to XP64bit from XP32 to take advantage of the extra RAM and 64bit computing.

I’m editing a project in Premiere Pro CS4, and most of my assets are P2 originated MXF files (DVCPROHD).

I have some extra content that was shot Sony XDCAM, and I converted it to quicktime movs (DVCPROHD) so I could drop them all ont the same timeline and edit them together.

This worked great under XP32bit, but XP 64 bit doesn’t support quicktime, so it can’t see the .mov’s any more, (or rather it can but cannot understand them).

How can I re-wrap my mov’s as mxf so that I can use them under xp 64bit?

    anybody?
