  .Mov not playing after converting with Aiseesoft MXF converter

  Hey gang,
  Hoping someone can weigh in here.
  I’m converting MXF files to .MOV and the first few files worked fine then the computer went to sleep(yay) and it froze.
  I started the process again and now am getting .movs that I cannot open. They won’t preview in finder nor will they open in Quicktime.

  I can’t get any help from Aiseesoft – no phone number and zero response via email.

  I just restarted the machine, cleared the que and started over.
  Anyone have experience with this software that can help?
